Diesel Generator - 2 Cylinder - Trailer Mounted - 6.5KW - Dorset

A twin cylinder air-cooled Lister Petter single phase 240v generator. Nicely trailer mounted and very reliable. Used as a standby for a wedding venue, only used once when there was a power cut and performed flawlessly. Otherwise kept in excellent running condition, run for a couple of hours a month to check it.

No plates or names visible on the genset or the engine but the oil filter reads "Lister-Petter" so assume the last owner bought this as an OEM spare.

The load test shows that it is a 6.5KW set, it is happy producing 25A but is loaded at 35A and the frequency drops.

Trailer is good, well engineered and easily towed by a small car or a lawn tractor.

Fairly recent new battery and RCBO. Starts every time.
